Sting And Attack FC Come Together In Groundbreaking Collaboration
The Sting Soccer Organization and Attack F.C. are coming together as one soccer organization to facilitate player pathways, accelerated player development, and to leverage the long-time success of both organizations.
While both organizations will maintain a degree of autonomy from an operational perspective, the organizations will be registered as one club under Sting Soccer and teams within both will have the opportunity to collaborate and take advantage of the player pathways inherent in every level of the league structure that Sting and Attack FC have in place. The result is the complete player pathway for both boys and girls, the opportunity to collaborate on rosters to accelerate player development, and a large organization of coaches within Sting and Attack FC that will pour into the future of NTX soccer. Arthur Sarmiento, Founder and Director of Attack FC shares excitement for the partnership,
“Everyone knows the time and effort I put in to developing the players and teams at Attack FC. I am always looking for opportunities for our players to continue to develop and excel within many leagues, competitions, and events. Coming together with Sting allows us to continue to showcase what our Attack FC players work so hard for, and I am excited for what the coming years have in store for all our players and teams.”
Tom Blencoe, Director of Coaching for Sting shares a similar sentiment,
“Incredibly excited to welcome Arthur and Attack FC into the Sting family. Everyone has witnessed the exceptional work that has been done within Attack FC and the success they have achieved. We now look forward to this partnership that will only aid in the development of players and coaches through collaboration and all-around support. Thrilled for what is next!”
The collaboration will be particularly impactful in the academy and pre-ecnl ages where roster collaboration and player development opportunities will be plentiful. Erin Medina, Youth Director for Sting believes the partnership will achieve just that,
“Sometimes when organizations take a moment to look beyond the name on the jersey, they find ways they can come together to really make an impact on young players. This partnership is an example of just that – creating unparalleled opportunities for our players and teams from both organizations. These opportunities will be centered on playing at different levels, and in different environments, so we better prepare our players and teams for success down the road – and we are collectively invested and passionate about ensuring that’s the case.”
The shared goal of providing players and teams a pathway to success is ultimately what the partnership is in place to achieve, and the players and teams of Sting Soccer Organization and Attack FC will look forward to a new way forward in collaboration as one.
