We are excited to announce our NEW Girls Pre ECNL Directors Erin Medina and Jordan Lomax. Erin Medina will take on a new position with Royal Pre-ECNL and Jordan Lomax the Black Pre -ECNL .

These roles hold the responsibility for the development and management of the assigned U11 – U12 Pre- ECNL teams within each program.  

The Pre- ECNL space is an incredibly important phase within our organization, our Pre ECNL leadership will be responsible for maximizing individual player development & team performance. Having strong leadership within this area really allows us to enhance every young players experience within these age groups for each one of our ECNL Programs. 

“We are very excited about the work done by Erin already within the Pre ECNL as her role as Youth Director. She has most definitely laid down the foundation for all Pre ECNL programs.

We strongly feel the time is now to clearly define each Pre ECNL program so we can have much more intended pathways into our different ECNL levels. This direction and focus will have a huge impact within our organization and we couldn’t be more proud of the people coming into these roles. 

Jordan is a tireless worker with a wealth of experience not only with Coaching but managing programs. He is driven, progressive and passionate about player development. 

Erin has been with the club for the past 18 years, and has her finger prints all over our growth and success, this new role is built for Erin, her passion for youth development and installing values and competition in players will have an immediate impact.

I am looking forward to my new role as the Sting Royal Pre-ECNL Director. I have worn many hats in my 18 years with the Sting Organization, however, my most rewarding roles have centered on developing young players and helping them realize their goals and maximize their potential. I am passionate and committed to developing a Pre-ECNL program that is second to none. The Sting Royal ECNL and RL staff share a similar passion for success and have worked tirelessly to develop players and build top teams, and I am honored and privileged to be able to work with them. It is through our combined efforts we will continue to propel the Sting Royal program into national prominence.  – Erin Medina
